President Donald Trump is approaching his 100th day in office, a tumultuous period marked by market swings, social media outbursts and a number of constitutional crises.
Trump and his administration are currently publicly defying court orders to bring a man mistakenly sent to a mega-prison in El Salvador home.
Meanwhile, the markets continue to react to Trump’s ongoing trade war with China and his administration’s work to secure dozens of trade deals with other countries over the next several months.

Trump Admin Considers Ideas On Increasing Birthrate
The Trump administration has been hearing ideas on how to increase the declining birthrate in America, according to The New York Times. The ideas include a $5,000 bonus for new moms, reserving 30% of the Fullbright scholarship program for people who are married with children, and a government-funded program to help women learn about their menstrual cycle.
It remains unclear which ideas, if any, Trump's team may approve.
The birthrate in America reached a historic low in 2023, according to the CDC.
Group Of House Democrats Arrive In El Salvador To Push For Release Of Wrongly Deported Man
A group of House Democrats traveled to El Salvador on Monday to push for the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who was mistakenly deported by the Trump Administration to El Salvador and imprisoned there.
“Donald Trump and his Administration are running a government-funded kidnapping program– illegally arresting, jailing, and deporting innocent people with zero due process. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is Trump’s latest victim,” Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) said in a statement. “As Members of Congress it is our responsibility to hold the President and Administration accountable for defying the constitution of the United States. Donald Trump and ICE are not above the law. Today it’s Kilmar, but tomorrow it could be anyone else. We cannot and will not let Donald Trump get away with this.”
Reps. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), Yassamin Ansari (D-Ariz.), and Maxine Dexter (D-Ore.) joined Frost on the trip. Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) also visited Abrego Garcia last week.
