Bronny James continues progression with career-best in G League
Bronny James continues to grow in confidence.
The Lakers rookie dropped a career-high 39 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals in the South Bay Lakers' 122-118 win over the Santa Cruz Warriors on Monday night. Bronny shot an impressive 14-of-21 from the floor, including 4-of-8 from three, while logging 38 minutes, also a career-high in any pro game.
The back-and-forth game saw the Warriors lead the Lakers by two entering the fourth quarter until Bronny and Co. pulled away late.
