Job Overview

This is a role within the Business Intelligence function focussed on managing and developing our data analytics platform.  You will be working closely with our Business Development Lead and practitioners from a range of business functions on a variety of use cases which are sponsored by our Executive Committee.    

Main Tasks

• Develop an in-depth understanding of how our various business units work.
• Assess the feasibility and relative complexity of a growing list of use cases.
• Design and implement robust and efficient data management processes.
• Collaborate with business intelligence and IT colleagues on engineering solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the “BI roadmap”
• Stay updated with industry trends, proposing innovative solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Degree requiring high-level of data literacy and numeracy, or relevant experience.
• Experience with any or all of SQL, Python, Power BI, preferred.
• Basic understanding of various machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised.
• Collaborative.
