Are there any left-wing progressive figures or ideas you admire?

I ask this question with a focus on current views or people who are still living and active in politics, so I'm not really interested in answers like MLK or FDR. "Progressivism," in the sense I am using it, is a left-wing position. I see two strands of progressivism: one centered on economic justice and another on identity politics. They can overlap, but the first frames progress as a class struggle, while the second sees it as a fight against forces like white supremacy, patriarchy, and heteronormativity. The first emphasizes collective bargaining rights, universal healthcare, and anti-lobbying efforts; the second prioritizes affirmative action, diversity training, and inclusive representation in media and institutions. Within this set of views, is there anything you like, or at least don't disagree with?
