They can overlap, but the first frames progress as a class struggle, while the second sees it as a fight against forces like white supremacy, patriarchy, and heteronormativity. The first emphasizes collective bargaining rights, universal healthcare, and anti-lobbying efforts; the second prioritizes affirmative action, diversity training, and inclusive representation in media and institutions.
