Gas prices have reached a seven-year high with motorists paying 15 cents more to fill up compared to three months ago. According to Thursday reports, the national average for a gallon of regular gas reached between $3.15 and $3.19 as of Monday.
This has marked the highest prices seen since October 2014. Experts warned prices were expected to peak in the coming weeks and wouldn’t drop until the vacation season came to an end.
