The time when an Italian astronaut screamed in "amazement" during a mission

Video: https://youtu.be/TbBIg0co1sU
Around mark 4:30 of the video, the astronaut is heard screaming at "something" she sees and then breathing heavily for some time, pretty much like someone does after getting extremely frightened. Also an interesting point is around mark 1:19 when an object is seen flying in the background.
Nonetheless, the official explanation was instead:
"The enormous solar panels were inundated with a blaze of orange light, vivid, warm, almost alien. I could not help but exclaim something out loud, you can probably hear in the recordings of our docking." Source
Btw "Orange light... Almost alien". Funny choice of words to use when explaining that what you saw was not an alien made craft.
Reportedly, what the Russian astronaut told her was to quiet down:
Maybe it’s simply that I wasn’t prepared for such sudden beauty. “Oh my god! ” I exclaim, and Anton [Shkaplerov] immediately orders me to be quiet. He’s right, of course. The radio transmitter is on, and on Earth they cannot know that everything is fine, that there isn’t any problem—other than an overabundance of happiness. Source
To be honest, it didn't quite seem joy to me. What do you think it happened? Did she actually saw something (not the orange light) she didn't expect to see?
