What began as a honeymoon in Meghalaya, ended in tragedy when Indore resident Raja Raghuvanshi was found dead in a gorge under mysterious circumstances. Days later, shocking revelations surfaced, alleging that his own wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, had orchestrated his murder with the help of hired killers.
In an exclusive conversation with CNN-News18, Vipin Raghuvanshi, the brother of murdered Indore resident Raja Raghuvanshi, disputed official claims that Raja’s wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, had voluntarily surrendered to the police.

“Sonam has not surrendered. She called us. We informed the police so they could take her into safe custody," Vipin said, adding that Sonam had been in hiding and was extremely frightened.
According to him, Sonam contacted Raja’s younger brother Govind and a family friend Sonu, expressing fear and disclosing that she was in a jungle.
“There’s a huge difference here, the other suspects were arrested from Madhya Pradesh, but Sonam was in Uttar Pradesh. We’ll believe what happened only after she confirms it herself," Vipin added.
