Yayy! 2 more weeks before Christmas! So exciting isn’t it?! Christmas is one of my favourite holidays which is why I try my best to be in my best festive look for this occasion. I usually opt for something traditional during the holidays, but this year, I decided to spice it up a little bit. Still festive of course, but more unconventional, I’d say. I recently bought an outfit for Christmas and I really tried not to go over the budget! Luckily I was able to style this non-traditional holiday outfit, which from head-to-toe, is just under $100! How amazing is that?

To be honest, there’s no apparent reason why I want to wear a non-traditional holiday outfit this Christmas. I just want to look different, I guess lol. I’m also trying to be more experimental and wear colors I haven’t worn before such as this lilac dress. The dress is made of satin so I still get the elegance and festive vibe I want to achieve. I really like the fact that the dress is not a usual holiday outfit cause that means it’s more flexible. It’s a kind of dress I can dress up or dress down even beyond the holidays.

Less is more so when it comes to accessories, I went for something less complicated but still trendy. The dress includes a belt cut-out but honestly, I’m not a fan of belt cut-outs so I wore it with a black leather belt instead. A pair of tassel earrings also helped this outfit look more festive and a pair of killer heels too! Yes, I mean it when I say killer shoes cause those literally killed my feet lol. I’m learning though!
